The Bread Winner Sourdough

I love supporting friends who are starting their own small businesses—it’s a great way to practice my photography and experiment without the usual pressure. And honestly, it’s just fun to create something for people I care about.

This shoot was all about playing with light, textures, and composition—figuring out how to make something as simple as bread and milk feel warm and a little elevated. No big production, just one continuous light, a camera, a flash, and some trial and error.

There’s something nice about projects like this. No expectations, no hard deadlines—just the freedom to tweak things until they feel right. And if nothing else, at least I get to eat good bread at the end.
